Torrent

 

Torrent is an audio-visual performance with piano improvisation and fixed media expressing the turbulent and calming movements of waves. The video clip, including some natural sounds of the wildlife, featured in this work was filmed at the Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Monroe, Louisiana.

This work will premiere on June 20th at New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival in NY, NY. Check back after this date to see the video documentation of the live performance.
